How to read this report

• All counts are computed directly from your imported logs in the analytics database for the selected period; nothing is sampled or hardcoded.
• Crawler identity is verified with user-agent and reverse-DNS evidence. Verification status is one of verified, likely, suspicious, or unknown, and self-asserted user agents alone are never treated as proof of identity.
• Crawl-to-referral compares AI/search crawler requests against returned human referrals over the same period. A high ratio means a platform consumes far more than it returns.
• Estimated AI serving cost = (bytes served to AI/search crawlers / 1,000,000,000) x $0.05/GB. Bytes come from log records; the per-GB rate is an editable estimate, so treat the dollar figure as an order-of-magnitude indication rather than an invoice.
• The AI value gap maps referral landing paths to content sections, then ranks sections by AI access relative to human referrals.
